OOTD and FOTD

Hey ladies,
So I was thinking about what I was going to say for why I haven't been writing... Now what I was going to tell you was that I just moved and have been super busy with school, and while both of those reasons are true, its not the reason why I haven't been posting. The truth? I am discouraged by the lack of followers... I know, I know, I am not going to be big over night, but lets be honest here, do any of us actually post hoping no one sees what you have to say? I think the answer to that is a big fat no. But then I thought, I have 5 people who actually do read these (Or so I hope) and while 5 isn't a big number, that means there are 5 people who actually give a crap and 5 people who could potentially become good friends. So to my 5 beautiful followers, I present to you an outfit of the day and a look of the day that makes me look like a hot mess, but I like it because I chose the colors thinking of the Cheshire Cat, who may very well be one of my favorite animated characters of all time. Enjoy!

Sorry for the awkward angle, but my webcam doesn't have a timer. So for the shirt I am wearing a neon pink tank top with a white tank top underneath. I bought both at Ardene's at 3 for $15. The skirt is from Dynamite, I think it cost around $15. As for accessories I am wearing a chain necklace from Ardene's at 4 for $10 as well as a Pandora bracelet that was gifted to me.

Haha, please excuse the faces too, I can tell the colors are hard to see but it is bright purple on the lid and a deep pink in the crease and outer corner and a purple lipstick/gloss (it comes in a pan and looks like lipstick on but feels like a gloss?)

Saving money

I am going to link a blog post that I think will be very useful to a lot of people, not just to students as the title of the post says but to anyone just starting out on their own. I am just going into my sophmore year in college and I am a very impulsive buyer. I know this isn't beauty related at all, but hey, who doesn't need help keeping finances in check these days?

Hey guys!

So, just giving a slight update, since my last post was talking about how I was sick. Well the last few weeks have been getting better but for a while I was in and out of the hospital getting loaded up on narcotics and IV fluids and I was in extreme pain from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which I was diagnosed with last summer. I can happily say that I finally have everything under control with a drastic diet change, but I am slowly getting back to my regular self, my regular self that is 15 pounds lighter (YAY! Its safe to say that that is one perk of getting sick, though I would rather lose it in a healthy way). Also, I am thinking about going vegetarian because of my health problems, my stomach is so sensitive these days, so in the end I think it would be so much more beneficial, not to mention the fact that I am a huge animal rights activist and a vet tech. If any of you are vegetarian please please PLEASE give me some tips on a more budget concious diet :)

Hospital

Hey ladies,
So last night my stomach was acting up pretty bad and I ended up having to go to the hospital. I am okay just in a LOT of pain... I don't know how often I will post this week because I am home now and taking lots of meds that make me sleepy... I'll try to keep you updated if things worsen.

Not blogging for a while

Hey ladies,
So as the title says, I won't be blogging for a while. This has been one of the worst weekends of my entire life. I don't know if I have told you guys in previous blogs but I am a vet tach student, I love animals, and I unfortunately had two of my own pets pass away this weekend. One of which I had since he was 2 hours old, so needless to say this is a very sad time for me as I treat my animals like children...
